BC Services is a service only company, we do carry out domestic works but for our Letting agent’s sites,
this enables us to be with you whenever you need us.

What we offer:

Asset management – We use a in-depth technical computer based asset management system to monitor all works and certification on sites where applicable, we manage the system so you do not have to, giving you piece of mind that everything is under control.

What does this mean for you?

With the click of a button you can access the site provided for you the customer and obtain access to all certification, history of works, invoices, risk assessments and method statements.
You can also raise jobs and set spend limits all at your own convenience giving you more control.

Asset compliance – We log all renewing assets and will notify you before renewal, whether it be landlords gas safety, Periodic test or CO Alarms.

Data protection – All site data shared with us is never passed on to any third parties or accessible to our other clients.

Multiple engineers – We strive to always have 2 floating engineers, meaning we can be on site in an emergency or for when that individual part needs fitting at your earliest convenience.

DBS Checked engineers and identification – Giving you and your staff peace of mind

Callouts – We work 24 hours and 365 days a year meaning we are always here when you need us. If you are a BC Services client, there will be no charge for call outs.

Van Stock – All our engineers carry a van stock of generic parts including fan convectors in case we cannot get the site running first visit.
